Last night, she said, Imagine if everyone were living with knowing this for themselves – What an amazing and happy world we would have?!?

She, like 84% of adults, lived her life based on a “False-self”.

This false self comes from others telling you who you are, what you should do and how they believe you should behave. Don Miguel Ruez, author of the Four Agreements, calls this the Mitote. The village of inner voices that shouts inside your head every time you make decisions. Most of these developed before you were 7 years old.

Do you stand in the grocery store and begin to reach for a cake only to hear an inner voice saying “don’t eat that – your too fat—you always were the greedy one…” voices of parents, sisters, brothers, friends, teachers, television, perhaps that neighbor you only met once.  The voices can also be positive but just as effective in molding our behavior.  “You are the oldest… now, what do you really want to do…She’s going to be a lawyer, I just know it…of course you like blue”

The list is endless but the messages stay with us.

Do you have an inner dream or longing? Does it seem as farfetched as a Disney fairy tale? No need for a knight to recue you. It’s time for you to spring up and to let your inner seeds of brilliance bloom!

Limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging habits, and old messages have been stored in your subconscious mind since you were a very young child. It is NOW time to release those so that you can freely and easily move forward – share your unique gifts in a bigger, more satisfying way.

Another of my clients on a recent coaching call, said, “I’m there!  I’m happy!  I feel really good,

I’m really clear about what I want and what makes me happy.  I feel clear and confident.”

Start by taking a look at unearthing the seeds of magic that have long been kept buried, waiting for you to uncover them.  Do you remember what you wanted to do as a child, the personality traits you displayed? Have they changed? Are you happy with the changes? Take a few quiet moments and talk with your inner child.  If you are having trouble remembering or identifying those inner seeds/dreams, I have tools to unearth them (no matter how deep).

I am moving forward by unlocking my inner dreams and growing my true brilliance.

Spiritual RockStar talk radio show host, Dan Hanneman, did an Energy Scan on me, live on his show!  How cool is that?

Dan asked me to be a guest on his show because his work and mine are very complimentary. We both have a deep passon and desire to help Spiritually-Minded Entrepreneurs, who are ready to step into their true power, move forward and take their businesses out into the world in a much bigger way.

While my coaching with brilliant heart-based business owners is based on helping them develop and grow their businesses and define their unique branding message around who they authentically are, Dan works with entrepreneurs who are ready to move forward but may feel somehow stuck or blocked.

Since I was a guest on Dan’s live radio show, he did not do a full “clearing” on me, but he did do the Energy Scan, which took only about 12 minutes! I must admit that I felt vulnerable. Even though the Energy Scan was done over the phone, Dan in his office, and me in mine, I didn’t know what to expect! And I had no idea what Dan might find and report… live on talk radio for all to “see!”

As you know, I am all about helping people awaken to and understand the importance of Transforming Back to Who You Are Born to Be.  I have been helping entrepreneurs transform the way they do business, literally on-the-spot! Once you unearth who you were born to be, your entire persona illuminates ~ radiates ~ It can’t not!

Unearth Your Authentic Being

We all have that deeply buried ache within, perhaps it is a tiny voice.  For me, it was a tiny fairy-like personality I named “Gracie.”  When we allow our deepest truth to come fully into the world, everything begins to align beautifully! I encourage you to unearth your “Gracie,” or whomever/whatever is deep in your heart, and allow the real You to shine with glory and radiance!

Imagine a silver dollar buried in the mud for years. It is unearth and someone runs pure water over it, gently takes a cloth and wipes it clean, and…. its true brilliance is allowed to shine! You see, its the same with us; When we unearth the deepest part of ourselves which has been buried under so many years of “shoulds,” “ought to’s,” other people’s definition of what’s good and right, and other people’s expectations of us, our best, brightest internal Being radiates! This truly is the most freeing and joyful experience one can have!

I’d like to thank Dan Hanneman for inviting me on the show and doing his Energy Scan.  He helped unearth some parts of me that have been buried and now need to be looked at.  When we know what our shadows are we can face and overcome the challenges they may present.  Then we are able to more easily and freely move toward the brilliant person we know we can be.

Act 2 Reinvent, founded by visionary, Leah Young, and co-owned by a Dream Team of gifted coaches, is a new on-line reality show committed to helping women over 40 step back into their authentic life  and move forward with power and purpose.

Spin Your Gold~

I am feeling a wealth of excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to express and share Spinning Gold.  When I close my eyes and breathe into these feelings; my belly holds a fire, like the wood-burning stove that heated our kitchen where I grew up.  My heart feels open and I can see, in my mind’s eye, the glow expanding outward.  I take another deeeeeeeeep long breath, and feel warm chills tingling throughout my whole body~

That, to me, is what gratitude and excitement feels like.  A peaceful sense of quiet well-being.  A brief knowing that,  in this moment, everything is as it should be.  In this moment, I am as close to my creator as I possibly can be.  And HERE is the space from which I can co-create anything I truly desire. 

That, my friends, is the place of Spinning Gold.   Join me~

Take for example, today; I was in the emergency room – nothing serious  - quite silly actually.  Last night, while making guacamole I stabbed myself in the palm with a sharp knife while removing the pit from an avocado.  It certainly was no emergency, but this morning, it looked aweful, wouldn’t stop bleeding, and it hurts to move some of fingers.  So my husband thought I should have it looked at in case I damaged a tendon or something which may eventually impare the mobilitiy of my fingers.

While the nurse was scrubbing my open wound with a soapy scrub brush, I noticed words tatoo’d on both of her wrists.  I asked her what it was.  She said, “Oh, its something my Sergeant used to say.”  The right wrist says, “Fear is Inevitable.”  And the left wrist says, “Strength is Essential.”

I thought, “Wow, there is so much truth to that!”  When we step out to change our lives, even if we are going after something good, we inevitably feel fear.  Fear will take every opportunity to stop us from change of any kind.  Fear is strong and will fight till the end to keep its hold over us and get what it wants.  We must know that we are stronger.  We must keep moving through the grip of fear in our own strength to get what we want.

Would you like to have more strength and courage?  Here are Dale Carnegie’s 5 rules for Strength and Courage:

1. Act as if you were courageous.
2. Pause to reflect that others have had to face great discouragements and great obstacles and have overcome them. And what others have done, surely you can do. 
3. Remember that your life forces move in a sort of rythm and that if you feel depressed and without the power to face something, you may be at the bottom of the trough; if you will keep up your strength, you will probably swing out of it by the very forces which, at the moment, are sucking you down.
4. Remember you feel more defeated and downcast at night than during the daylight hours.  Strength and courage comes with the sun.
5. Courage is the measure of a big soul.  Commit to measuring up.
